Dear Lord, thank You for Your freedom…freely offered in every area of my life. Please show me areas of clutter I have, and ways to clean them up to best serve You and those around me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Today I started my day by jotting down a quick to do list, which I have so far accomplished all but 2 things on the list, and they will get done after dinner. My feet are telling me I may have overdone it a bit. I keep forgetting I am 30 weeks pregnant. I will take a bath after little man goes to bed. I got quite a bit of sorting done in the basement today. I have it cleaned out enough that my hubby can haul in whats left of the totes and I can get through them another day. I am working on taking control of my time and I think I am slowly getting better at it. I really power through my to do list while the little man is napping and then by the time he wakes up I am wishing I could take a break. So I have been sitting down folding a load of laundry and watching him play for a bit after his nap to rejuvenate myself. But I really should take a few minutes off before he wakes up.

I have noticed that all the magazines I get are talking about organizing this month. It is nice to get a little extra motivation. I read this bible verse in one of those magazines last night.

Galatians 1:5 tells us that Christ came to set us free. Free from sin. Free from legalism. Free from judgment. Basically, free from whatever holds us back. Jesus frees us from all this so we are free to live a simple, alert life. A lighter life. One where our minds are clearer, our focus sharper, our priorities evident and lived-out. Truly it’s a life of freedom.

I can't wait to have a lighter, simpler life and be freed from the clutter.

I don't think I have mentioned on this blog all of my labels that need attending to. First and foremost I am a mother and a wife. I do my husbands bookkeeping for his business and we live on a small farm. We have a hand full of animals to take care of that always keeps me busy. With that being said, we have chores to do before it gets dark, so thats all for today!
